Bio

James Ford, who goes by Sawyer, was one of
the survivors of Oceanic flight 815, which crashed on an island somewhere in the Pacific Ocean in September, 2004. He has been living on the island ever since, first as part of the ground of survivors from 815, and more recently as Head of Security for the Dharma Initiative, back in 1977. Don't ask. Time travel is a bitch.

Before the crash, Sawyer was a confidence man, using and exploiting others to get money and other ends. He has served time, is the father of a two year old daughter named Clementine, and is an avid reader.
